Plain-English summary. AgentCollision is a tool that coordinates AI coding sessions. The local CLI is free and open-source (Apache 2.0). The hosted team dashboard and coordinator are paid services starting at $8/user/month. If you use the hosted services, this page is the contract that governs that relationship.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated. If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, we will not refund prepaid fees.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual property

The AgentCollision name, logo, website content, and hosted service code are owned by Vincent Sgro / AgentCollision. You may not use these without permission, except as expressly allowed here.

The AgentCollision CLI and daemon source code is open-source under Apache 2.0 and may be used, modified, and distributed per that license.
